Disputed Borders
Estonia
After the dissolution of the Soviet Union by Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, who gave the economical freedom to almost all of the former USSR, borders were tricky. Some Setu people still live in Russia even though they are Estonian by language family, ethnicity, heritage, and the Estonia-Russia border contract (known as the Tartu Treaty) signed on 2 February, 1920, two years after Estonia's first independence. This area shown on the map, the entire picture, actually belongs to nation of Estonia.
